Yes Bro. There are some Non-Chinese WLs who could speak colloquial Hokken and could sing Mandarin and English songs in Karoake session. U just need to liase with the Pappy/Mummy. Of course very unlikely one would get a gil whose perfect in everything ranging fm looks, stats and versatile in everything. But then again, I would not discount it totally either.
