With or without COVID-19, there are always some danger / risks associated with P4P and related activities.

Probably the real danger is that Indonesia being such a large country, the reported infection and death rates can be misleading or "doctored"

Or else simply with the lack of resources and proper facilities, there could be potentially a huge number of undetected infections and deaths going around the community....
