I also have a ticket to BKK earlier this month, waiting for refund.
The KrisFlyer customer service replied that due to the immense volume of flights being cancelled, and customers cancelling their trips....
It will take time for them to process the refunds.
Am still waiting for the refund, even though already submitted the request quite a while back.
