I try this kind maid before, ask for shopping money. You just sweet talk, then dont give monetary, legit buy something she wants and show that you "care". Because that something she wants to get might be lesser than the quote she give, she may be trying her luck quoting you higher then buy the thing she wants with spare cash. hope it helps.
