Still, I don't get why they do that. It has happened to me a couple of times. I can imagine that sometimes the ML might not be ready, feeling bad or whatever. But why wouldn't they simply write back, apologise and try to keep the customer. I guess there is so much shortage in covid times that they don't care.

I texted a few MLs that i wanna try a few times but they never reply my SMSes. A few days later, i saw negative MR on them and i was glad that they didn't reply my SMSes.

Thankfully, i have never experienced this before as i usually will make an appt a few hours before my preferred timeslot.
For your case, either she totally forgotten about your appt or something negative occurred to her.
