You going on Fri to Mon, fyi hotels in Macau is more expensive on Sat. So you may like to stay in Zhuhai & leave the last day in Macau i.e. if you are budget conscious.
Airport has a bus AP1 that brings you all the way to the Macau/Zhuhai custom which you jus need to walk across the border aka Sin/JB. The Landmark (underground shopping centre) is just immediately next to the custom building. Shopholics will find 1 day not enough.
There are plenty of massage/spa centres, you can see flashy signs. There maybe unisex (man & woman separate lah) with common rooms for massages. If you want ECA, the code word is "sauna" which the captain will assign you a private room with sauna & shower in it. Of course they will let you select your service provider
Over at Macau, its rather more expensive like some bros mentioned. However do go see the "Fish Tank" at the Lisboa basement where there is a cafeteria. Order some food & drinks & enjoy the 'fishes swiming' past you outside the cash window. Err hmm or rather we are the 'fishes' in the tank, hahahaha.
I was actually thinking of going there again but would intend to explore Hongkong as well for some local delights there.
