Bad experiences include:
fly aeroplane - no reply no address.
double booking.
makes you wait.
bait n switch.
totally different person - below 5 out of 10.
cancels last minute with poor excuses.
has poor hygiene.
gives one hell of a lousy experience: black face, arrogance, rush, dead fish, cut back services etc.
gives you unfair report in their databases.
