Jokes aside, always take their words with a huge clump of salt. Have you also considered these factors? Becoz marrying foreign brides is a huge leap of faith and may not always pan out the way you want.
1) Are you willing to learn to speak, read and write Vietnamese? (To keep and eye on her)
2) Are you obligated/willing to take up any debts her immediate family members incurred?
3) If she tell you to move over to Vietnam permanently in the future. Are you willing to drop everything instantly?
