Not gonna happen I think..... coz I heard that during negotiations SG offered to send 2m doses of moderna as goodwill gesture to the PHL..... but the PHL asked to be given cash instead..... citing logistical / administrative problems blah blah blah.....they prefer the cash to buy their own vaccines... lol
