Location - Have to take bus, nearest MRT would be a distance away and from the weather nowadays if u walk from MRT will defo sweat one. Not sure about parking lot as I took my BMW(BUS mrt walk). Her place is kinda like penthouse, with her friend staying below and she stays on the upper floor.
