To be fair, what LVG said was if a player is not playing every week at his club, it will be difficult to make it into the national team at the world cup. Which is a fair thing to say.

If the likes of Jurrien Timber is not confident of making it into the first 11 weekly, with his former coach at the helm, perhaps we do not need someone with his mentality. Or any of the other players who have this same mentality.
