i don't agree too much with the chemistry thing. don't forget this is a service. and for Dome 1, it's fairly premium when you compare to legal houses.

would you pay for a haircut or make up, then be okay if the hair stylist or make up artist that day mood no good or you two don't have "strong chemistry" then anyhow cut your hair or make up not detailed oriented enough?

you call that okay?

so why should it be any different from prostitution?

if you think mood/chemistry are reasonable explainations for service level, then you may be better off finding sex from your girlfriend or wife or fuck buddy...
