I have encountered bad fitting condoms or some that tear easily (which is what happens when latex gets old), but never encountered a smell... maybe the lube had gone off ? Pretty gross non the less
Bring your own bro, that's what I do. If you are paying ~$200 for a bonk, what is another couple of bucks for the condoms you like (real feel - right size) ?
