In my previous company, used to work with a colleague who usually dresses quite modestly.

On certain days she would wear dresses that are slightly looser on top of her chest area.

First time I noticed was as I went over to her desk to discuss something. As she was explaining on her computer in front of her, I peered down and noticed her cleavage and downblouse as I was standing right next to her.
