Today and Monday are buddhist holidays, and apparently, not like Vesak day, Soi Cowboy WILL be closed. Heard from the girls that the pigtail boss of Sharkbar is bringing them to Pattaya, so guys dont waste ur time going down to Soi Cowboy tonight and tomorrow. And definately dont waste ur time with NANA or Patpong, cuz if Soi Cowboy doesnt open, there's almost 0 chances that the other 2 will, even though both places are managed by different police district.

But again.. This is Thailand. Anything can happen at the last minute. haha.
