Sounds a bit risky when you don't know much the pictures are photoshopped, or how well you'll get along with the girl. Think you'd be better off just booking a villa yourself, hunting a day or two for a girl you get along with and then see how much she'd want to stay for the rest of the week.

It's a little extra work but you'll probably get a better experience. Can't think of many Thai gogo/bar girls who wouldn't drop everything if you offer her 50k-100k baht for a week.
