There's a type of person whom we all surely encountered before, the "fault lies in everyone BUT ME". When faced with this kind, save our breath, ignore and don't waste our time on them.

Failure to grasp the basic concept of Cause and Effect will usually means failure in life.

Cause - Didn't do proper due diligence
Effect - ML in person don't meet unrealistic expectations.

Cause - Lash out at ML even though she provides listed service
Effect - ML felt treated unjustifiably, black list customer

Cause - Don't see the big picture and use extreme methods to destroy ML livelihood
Effect - Jeopardise the ML scene and impact our own playground

Good thing such type of personality is exception rather than norm. Let this be a timely reminder to us all, don't let rash emotions rule over rationality. If ML don't meet our demands (be it reasonable or unreasonable), just take it as bad luck and move on. By all means write a bad MR here, but don't need to over react, we only book them for an hour, not marrying them, why so serious?
