Was in Manila a couple months ago and the nightlife scene is pretty poor. Scams and overpriced uglies for the most part. Maybe more luck with the online dating platforms to pick FLs but couldn't try this time.
A friendly taxi told me Angeles much better so if I go back that's where I would go.
