I strongly discourage tipping, esp when it is 50% of wat the normal rate. From my experience, the LHL gals' level of services for ST (esp morning batch) is good. Most of them do not rush their customers, a normal ST session will last 45mins to an hour. Even if you finish the FJ early, they will take some time to rest in the room, chit chatting with you till their hp rings. It is their aunties or 鸡头 who do the rushing by calling them after 40-50mins. Thus ur tipping may not have the desired effects. In fact, it may encourage the SWs to demand for tips for good service, spoiling the market. Moreover you are using a ST hotel for an hour, even if no one rush you, the receptionist of the hotel will call you after 45mins. Just my 2 cents.
