OKT: Straightforward and very easy and pleasant to communicate with.
Location: One of the best location I feel. No worries, easy to access. Parking space freely available.
Looks: This is a given for her. Very pretty, is definitely a looker. If you want a pretty, slim girl and likes those thin one, she’s the one!
