You are quite unlucky, not a lot of OKTs will bait and switch.
When pictures and person don't match, there's 2 scenarios to me, either intentional or unintentional.
Unintentional in that the okt never seen the girl before, bring her into singapore and start getting customers. okt and customer both trusted the pictures provided.
Intentional in that the okt bait and switch. If you are in this thread often, can see those complaints before they are deleted. I encourage bros to whistle blow, or else they will pull the same stunt over and over.
