I come across during my few trips to HCMC majority of the men will start to drink beer in the morning at the so call beer garden and start to tease the beer promoters. anyway the beer promoters r not interest at all.
If u r a foreigner than it is a different story, the promoters will give u chance. Becos 'Robert' or ' Golden tortises' r coming.
