ok, just back from surabaya and share some of my experience.
i stay at pakuwon mall there. take a grab to one of the nearby spa. that area have around 5-6 spas operating at the same area.
get there around 5pm and have 8-10 girls. get a petite size around 153cm and have a big jar around c cup.
one hour massage +fs cost around idr 675k.
