Popoko Hotel
Since I didn't prebook a room at the 5-star Yindo (normal rate: RMB$400, weekend rate: RMB$450), I had to switch to another hotel. Walked around and finally decided on Popoko (normal rate: dunno, weekend rate: RMB$308.), a three star hotel.

Big farking mistake. The room is very basic, shower head came off, sink is choked, and the bed is VERY HARD. Definitely not for those who like to choot pattern on bed. Luckily I didn't jump onto the bed upon check in. Bones surely break one.

Popoko Sauna
Since this is a 3-star joint, I'm lowered my expectations of the mms there. True enough, the mm quality is really 3-star. Gave me a selection of 5. All cannot make it type. LL lor, went in liao, have to choose right? Took one la. They make up for the lack of quality with service. I took off everything, and MM told me they got a new item called Exotic Dance. Would I like to try? I say ok la! Damn lousy. Think I can dance better than her.

After showering me, I laid flat on my chest in bed. Then MM passed me a "menu card" with about 16 items I think. Then I thought, "Siao! Now I must choose which item I want and be charged accordingly?!?!" I am mistaken. These 16 items are part of their service which she must complete. So before she start every item, she'll say, "Service 1: Bla bla bla.....Service 2: bla bla bla". To summarise, the service includes BJ with mint, BJ with hot tea, AR, chest massage etc. All of which I don't like la. Tew. Screw only must choot so many pattern meh?!?! Also, her reporting of the verious items quite a turn off. I told her just do la, no need to tell me the item name. For those who like something different, this is for you la.

Damage: RMB$238 nett. All in (room, 1.5 hours with mm, special). Very cheap considering the amount of work she has to do (Nabeh. Those WL at GL makes really easy $ sia comparatively). I gave my mm RMB$50 tip.

LHL
After makaning, went to LHL to try again. ANOTHER BIG FAT ZERO! Went around 10+ to 1am+. Zero. Kosong. Boh. Zilch. Tew!

Since it is my last night here, bo bian la. Took a cab and went to the barber shops. BTW, the barber shops are NOT located in GongBei, but in XiangZhou.

Barber Shop
Stepped out of cab, and inspected the goods. Maybe I'm late (it was 2+am liao), selection of mms not that many nor good. There are about 4 shops there. MMs there are killing time by playing cards, looking at the ceiling, playing with their hair, staring into space, cutting toenails, watching TV bla bla bla. None seems interested in doing business one, except for their pimps (obviously la!). Took 1 MM la. Quoted RMB$500 for overnight, and they have to return by 6am. I know it is not worth it, but last night ma! Just pay la!

Went into my room, TCSS a bit. This mm is VERY inexperienced and innocent, and she's only 19! She's more interested in watching TV and scrutinising my barang barang (laptop, PDA, handphone, rings etc) Never initiated anything. She's too young and innocent. Keeps wanting to put rubber on me although I'm not even remotely hard. Ended up TCSS-ing the whole night. I cannot bring myself to do it with her la. Too young and innocent. So never do anything with her. Ended up having breakfast with her at MacDonald's. Waste time and $ sia.

I'm not sure if she's the representation of all barber shop mms, but if she is, then you can give barber shops mms a miss, unless you like totally passive and dunno-what-to-do types. I don't.

Conclusion
For me, LHL is D-E-A-D. Leaving for SG later (tew!). Next time I'll try KTVs, as i didn't try as I'm solo-ing. 1 person go KTV very kumgong, and I'll look like an idiot. I believe KTVs will have mms of higher quality, but it should correspond with their location. Right? (ie KTVs in 3-star hotels with have 3-star quality mms, KTVs in high-class 5-star hotels will have 5-star quality mms).

As for the ever-present "Should I lut in ZH or Macau?" question, it is not even a question. Definitely more value for $ in ZH, can stretch your dollar more. And I can't say quality of mms is better in Macau than ZH, as I've seen some stunners in ZH. Macau is overrated chop tourists type of place. Well, unless of course, you've made a killing at the casinos and using dollar bills to light up your cigarettes.
