Did you check your prostate? Do you have an enlarged prostate? How's your urine process? Good to do a Uroflow test with ultrasound. See if you retain urine. If you do, it can be a cause of your frequent UTI.
You don't use condom with your wife right? Better use until you know the cause and have treated the issue totally
As for the red bumps at tip of the penis, the doctors you see are the best people to detect std. If they see so many cases and say you are ok, why worry?
