Officially it opens 1130am after boss done his briefing for the day. If you want to go and wait @ 11am for the APs (ex555, ex288), you can wait @ the bench. If you drive then you can park your car inside first. Usually if the briefing is short, you will have first dip and should be ready to start action about 1135-1140.
