agree with you. but i have seen farangs get charged our normal MPs type of price at NEP area.
not wanting to sound disciminating but i find that i cannot bring myself to cheong in NEP. perhaps spoilt by the wonderful joints in ratchada/petchaburi/rama 9 area. at the end of the day its down to personal preference and taste...
