i advise hotels that we have mentioned in our thread as above because we have tried them to be good. just to be safe. if u want an even more budget hotel, can go jindo hotel. diagonally across jinsha, right beside 昌安俱樂部。abou RMB200. as for popoko. dunno. no info. sorry bro.
