Basically, the apartments far outside of the city may not be able to find rentees; and getting to town mean getting a car/transport is necessary. ..and after some years, the place deteriorate without much care is taken - becoming like a slump - ala the market area just near LHL... the flats behind that place is like a slump area.. (but that's where the BBS is!)
The place i looking at has free transport to the city.... can also take a bus, about 2rmb for aircon, 15min travel, or take cab, 15rmb, abt 5min travel time.... plus this one built by Li Ka Shing... more reliable isn't it?
