I believe the ktv u refering to is Gan Gong, not Donggan, unless there is really one by this name. Anyway, a small room in Gan Dong, which can fits 3 guys, after discount, is abt 600rmb. This is provided if you all dun eat n drink too much, exceeding the romm charges. So watever promise the person made to you is nothing to shout abt. Unless of coz he meant free flow of drinks and food for juz 600rmb, please intro him to us, for the benefits of all bros.
