Having been to these 2 places, ZH and CA, myself, I share sentiments as u.
The main reason by ZH is more expensive than CA (not only in ktv n hotels) is due to the fact its located near Macau, Taiwan and HongKong. Its coastal location attracts more pple easily than the inner CA. In turn, the std of living n expenditure are higher than many inner towns.
As for the gals, I find CA gals more spontaneous and daring. Maybe they are well-trained n disciplined by the respective ktv. Perhaps the "fine" system is working better in CA than ZH. However, I do find ZH gals more sophisticated, CA tend to be more simple, can see from the way they dress, talk n eat.
All in all, it is really a different type of fun altogether.
