Fortune 700, Tokyo Hotel and Catwalk all have MTV kind of karaoke.
Unfortunately all have gals, although in Catwalk you can choose to stay at the main hall.
Another one is a small place in D5 along Tran Hung Dao. Number should be 800 plus (sorry never take down the number). Just next to Saigon 2 Restaurant.
Its mainly Cantonese and Chinese songs. Must sing on stage one hor.
Song selection is very good, and MTV type.
