the journey ride time is ok ... but the waiting time is not acceptable especially at SZ and HKIA ...

thanks for the heads-up on the FVP ....
lots of ppl in the queue is not a good reason for the long wait ...
there were abt close to 20 immigration counters on each side (A&B) but less than half are open ... and some of them can just close shop when it's time for lunch ... there's no over-lapping shift and they don't care even it's peak period ....
it all boils down to the management of HKIA ... they sucks big time ...
think the managemnet should go and learn from Changi Airport ...
In Changi Airport, the moment the plane dock, clear immigration, collect bag at belt ... it only take less than 30 minutes ... peak or no peak period ...
the record is 15 minutes flat .. i time it myself before ...
