Whack them, and then be prepared for commotion & repercussions with their adult "owners". Of course, if u are prepared, then good.
The one I saw whacking the kid with a wooden plank is a construction / renovation worker, looking at the stuffs (bags) he was carrying, with those tools & equipment. The one with a baseball bat, is likely 1 of the mafia guys coming back to seek "pay-back".
