Hi All,
I've got a question for the veterans - what is this all-vegetable dish that all Thais seem to love? All I can see are raw cabbages, beans and other such stuff (bean sprouts, maybe?) normally served with any dish at road-side stalls and I always see locals digging into them like their lives depended on it. I fail to see the fascination behind just munching on a plate full of raw vegetables. Is it something I'm missing out on?
