It is an extravagant way to spend, so best is not to overdo it.
You can spot the level headed ones in HFJ after a while.

Have seen men who habitually like to crowd himself with 8+ singers and expensive banners (Chai Tai)
Am I impressed?
No.
I find such clowns quite pitiful.

People who spend extreme sums on singers?
Yes got such people. But a minority.
It is foolish and if they ever lose their wealth, then they may look back and regret.

It is a big cast of characters in HFJ.
There are also persons who permanently live off their group of friends who patronise HFJ. All the different KTV HFJ managers, all the singers, all the waitresses/waiters know about these persons.

And something really strange. The person/s would insist that the waitress/waiter record that the liquors-whisky/brandy/wine were bought in his/their name, even though all of the time, another friend paid the bill. I guess it is a surreal kind of psychological substitution to mend a broken ego.

Oh perhaps on another day, they scoot back alone or with other group to consume all of the liquor.

This happens in real life. Weird but interesting.
