I really don't think there is a name (nor did i observe it at the reception) for the sauna as most of these are available in the better hotels in which you will find a clean massage place and also a fully operation "Sauna" by RPC standards. These are definately not publically advertised there. They have 2 floors, 3rd and 4th for the different type of sauna. In DiHao, the suana comprises of special room (ask to view) there are different ones but once you see the washroom you will know, special chair with a hole like toilet seat for a good wash. You do get a full body wash from neck to toe again in the room. Be advised on weekend, rooms may be fully booked so need to be early else late (after 2am) but girls are less and likely tried. Nevertheless, they seem to all go through a commando camp style training with top rate service always. (been there 5 times).
Well worth a try.
The last in Dong Guan, the sauna is a floor of rooms specially reserved and otherwise exactly like other floors std rooms.
There a hugh KTV there next to the main building too. Maybe that is the place you mentioned.
