I always keep small change...esp in RP5K and RP10K. Of course if gils attitude problem, then she doesnt deserve till RP100K cos I would have spent on her makan (seafood), topup pulsa (rp20K) etc. Maybe if I were in ur shoe, say RP50K the max I would tip. Subjective here ya. But not RP13K if its in ur scenario...to each its own.
