u can try grand hotel. also in walking street, very near diamond hotel, last time i went was 800baht a nite i think. i check in with my puying so no problem, i dunno u tabao a girl gotta pay onot. but the rooms quite nice, they also provide a wide selection of thai, english and chinese dvds for free. only complaint was the bed too hard.
