I should be having my first beer around 4pm on the 15th. My departure will be after the 19th big day. If you can , try to extend beyond the 19th coz there'll be a parade thru beaach road and many from bangkok will drop in for that weekend. Some puyings may want to stay overnite but have no hotel bookings
