weather was sunny, i actually sweat during my walk upon exiting gongbei towards the main road. quickly boarded a taxi and reached Jia li wan hao.
price offered was 300/320. managed to bring down to 280/300 after some haggling but still think i paid alittle above the market rates.

Nice to hear that u have enjoy it. Anyway, at JLWH there is a small tour agent on the left of the reception. If you go to the toilet you will see it.
Usually, I dun book in advance. When I arrive, i will straight away approach the tour agent -> a lady!!! Check in thru her, the price will be 260. She will call the reception and then walk you to the table which is 5 steps away only , HaHaHa!!! You save 20-40 per day. How nice! Too bad, i lost the number if not I can share with you guys who is going to JLWH.

I wonder whether I can do the same to other hotel??
