2) Partly true..... but 2000baht barfine ? I never heard of that leh. The most i heard is only 1000baht and barfine prices will drop after midnight to 600baht. While the 600baht will drop to 300baht. Cheapest barfine should be 300baht.
3) Phuket is more for backpacking(or non) ang mos or japanese. same for koh samui. Pattaya more for cheongsters although can see quite a number of families running about.
