Your wait's gonna be looooong. Threshold for new cycle (orginally) started after 1000.. think bar raised liao. Meaning if you have once upped samster X, you can't stroke him again in short time
Just another attempt to control bi-lateral arrangements. But then again, there are some smarty pants who try to beat the system with army of clones (heard 1 using excel to control progress!).
