Yeah, you are right, good quality normally will not come to here first. They will firstly work in Bandung, Jakarta, Surabaya or Bali. Heard that they earn better there, higher income, easier job. Then, they will go to Tg Pinang/ Tg Balai. After which they will end up in Batam. Don't know how true is it. Weekdays sometimes can get better looking ones but sometimes I do patrol these joints during weekdays, it is either those better ones taking leaves or taking rest. Sometimes really difficult. I don't know who, but early in the day the girls being booked already. 
Additional info: Do get prepared that some of the WLs have attitude problem. They tend to have many pattern, more than badminton. Nowadays, some of the girls i do not know what are they working for? well, to be honestly, i did purchase ubat kuat for my friends who consumed and also take back to malaysia to distribute....
got different type of ubat kuat...some only help didi, some help whole body, depends on what type of capsule....
i did eat before one capsule...me immediately become very hot....help bit didi..but i try once...and no more....
but if for drugs like ecastry(spelling wrong), i heard already siam loh...no need to see the capsules...see already...police come in no need to talk liao....mati on the spot....
as for the gers, i agreed that some of them comes from tanjung pinang or balai...i also never ask them much....sometime know more may be very dangerous.....
