Last time my lecturer at school also once talked to me about real estate investment in Vietnam. He had interest to invest in it so he made a trip to Vietnam. He told me he was quite shocked when see ppl bringing a suitcase full of cash to buy the property over there. Btw, one of my school teacher also has a Vietnamese wife. I wonder whether he is around here
