At the Venetian Macau Hotel, there is a free shuttle bus to Macau airport, frequency every 15-20 mins. Shuttle buses operate from West lobby. The main lobby is also called the East lobby and is a 10 min walk between the 2 lobbys. The one that shuttles you from Gongbei Customs to the hotel is even more frequent, like every 10 mins.
Venetian is on the Cotai Strip and is on the same island as (therefore closer to the) Macau airport. Other major casinos such as Wynn or Sands should have airport shuttles too.
