There'll always be big budget and low budget cheongsters. End of the day is how they enjoy and spend their money.
My motto is if the expenditure is the same or more than Singapore's standard. I might as well hibernate in Singapore and cheong. My personal price acceptance level is 2-3 times lower than the price of Singapore. I'll skip if it's only a little cheaper than what I can get in Singapore.
