I just joined SBF and wish to share my experience.
During one of my trip i was asked by a customs officer how much peso i had in my wallet. I said that I had 12K Peso. He asked me to follow him to the office and show the money. I was well aware about the P10K Peso limit.
In the room there was nobody else, the crook said it was illegal and said that he has to confiscate the excess 2K peso. I wanted to resolve the situaion quickly as it was not in my favor so I said ok left 2k on the table and walked off. Lesson learnt !!
So bros, don't take the risk of bringing in more than 10K peso. You can bring in singapore dollars up to value of 10K US dollars.
