For buffet, I paste for you the recommendation of a food specialist in Angeles. Its for the Holiday Inn in Clark.
"Holiday Inn all you can eat buffet. They do breakfast and lunch but the dinner 6-9:30 PM at 990 pesos is great. Not cheap but a nice treat. It's on Clark by the museum and Mimosa Casino. Too bad they got rid of Saturday night all you can eat lobster. If you have a Holiday Inn VIP card which is around 6000 pesos a year, you can bring a friend with you for the same price of 990 pesos. (2 for 1)
The quality, variety and taste is triple A. Worth doing once in awhile. The Holiday Inn is way nicer than the ABC Hotel but inconveniently located on Clark. I took the route 2 jeepney to get there for 10 pesos and you get off near the parade ground.
Many main dishes included a huge fresh turkey some nights or fresh roast beef or pork. All sorts of beef, chicken, pork dishes all a extremely high quality. Usually 15-20 main dishes to choose from. Also all you can eat shrimp, oysters, crab, deli meats, sushi, breads, cheeses and a lot more. The dessert area in itself is amazing. Highly recommended. Dishes change nightly. Even with your best intentions to come out of there feeling good you are going to walk out feeling stuffed!" By Heartbreakerguy.
