hey guys! siao actually means a sensation that's sort of on the edge. it could me "feels good" or it could be almost hurts (such as a splinter in a finger) or it could mean that feeling when something almost happens. For example, if you are crossing the street and a car speeds by you missing by inches...you definitely feel "siao."
So siao does not actually mean horny. It means she is feeling GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.
